Beats Studios: real or fake?

I've found some 130 Beats Studios on eBay, sounds too good to be true but to my eye the pics of the boxes seem genuine?

(^ for some idiotic reason I'm not allowed to embed images or post links so fill in the gaps guys)

All the "tm"s are there, the headphones on the back are at the right angle, the only thing I'm unsure of is the circle around the "b" on headphones on the front is all white.

Can someone help?

Im about to buy Beat studios also from eBay, and having problem to see whether its real or fake as the seller says its original & Monsterbeat itself never replies my email on how to distinguish the difference.

From different forum I read that the headphone itself is almost impossible to distinguish between fake and original, even the sound quality is very close.

How about from the box? In my opinion if they can make the headphones 99.99% like original, then they also can make the box 99.99% original.

Also from another post I read that the fake one doesnt have serial number, which again in my opinion its very easy to fake (I believe its only sticker).

So, actually I asked monsterbeat via email, if I accidentaly bought the fake 1 with serial number, what happen when I register it, will monsterbeat reply me "the serial number does not exist" or will monster beat just say nothing.
So far after more than 1 month I havent heard anything from Monsterbeat.

I wouldn't even risk it. What seems to good to be true usually is.

It's very different to distinguish fake and original, my way is choose a big and familiar seller, and saw those reviews other buyers wrote.
