Hello everyone,
Is there any way to connect a iPod/iPhone to a Bose Cinemate II home theater system? |

The Bose Cinemate II systems only have 1 input, if the digital input is connected the analog connection is disabled. It is intended to be used as a replacement for the poor speakers on most TVs. You could use a dock, Apple's video cables or a simple adapter cable to connect the iPod to the analog inputs. If your TV has the options I would leave the TV connect to the Bose connecting the audio cable to an empty input on the TV using the TV to switch inputs.
You might also want to look into an Apple TV for your home theater setup. Using a WiFi network AirPlay can stream your music from iTunes on a computer or directly from an iOS 5 device to the ATV. Again, connected to your TV using it to switch inputs. The ATV2 only has HDMI out which can be a deciding factor for an older TV.
