FAKE Monster Beats Studio HD: Here is how to tell a real from a fake

I bought a pair of originals and a pair of fakes, I rewired the left earphone of the fakes to the right earphone to see if I can tell difference now both pair are broken/faulty will dr dre take it as a return and replace if I do not acknowledge the wiring? Thanks

i am confused if these are reliable. if i was the manufacturer，i would make these packing exactly like the original ones.

Can you help me? I saw someone on Kijiji selling a $150 Beats Studio headphones. When I asked him to verify if it was real he said:

" They have all the manuals (the turn it up manual , warranty manual etc) , 2( aaa Duracell batteries still slealed), serial number under the battery lid , air plane adapter and all the wires , the head phone case has a wrapping on it ( fake ones don't) and the headphones are also wrapped inside the carrying case( fake ones arnt and dot come with Duracell batteries or batteries at all). "

It sounds legit and he he also sent me some photos which looked legit. The only thing was, the MONSTER logo was grey, unlike the white MONSTER logos on real Beats. Do you think the grey MONSTER logo means that his Beats may be fake? Thanks.

Okay so they usually go for $300 and they have amazing bass! It is an electronic so about or approximately how much do you think the Beats will go for? I guess Beats are it these days. Just a heads up, you can get the same if not better at Walmart for $50. Dre is making a killing with his branding. Look for 20k Hz.

Given the lack of much information above the 18KHz range and that lossy encoders apply a lowpass filter, it isn't necessary to get headphones with high frequency responses. Granted, 20KHz is standard as even cheap earbuds can go that high but most humans can't really hear music that high (music != single tones).

Either way, the entire Beats line is nothing more than overpriced. They are made by Monster (the same company that has a $500 HDMI cable despite a $1 HDMI cable being able to perform the jab just as well), cheap, and there are less expensive options that perform better. Bose QuietComfort headphones are worlds better than the Beats By Dre, both in their audio quality and noise canceling abilities. Senheiser makes less expensive options that sound better. I do not understand why Beats are so popular. I guess its further proof that image is everything and people are willing to shell out $300 for plastic junk.

Of course image IS everything ....do what the other sheep do is the status quo in our society and the media is the head conductor that drives our social train. Beats are junk but it is Dr. Dre after all and he's that cool rap producer...I think most would be surprised that Dr. didn't start off as that bad @@@ he "portrayed" in NWA.

i bought my beats last week and my box has the tm on it and my manual looks like the real one but my box doesnt hae all of the pictures that your's does so how do i know if they're real
