DH has an old 4th Gen iPod monochrome that is dying. I'd like to buy him a new one but he's concerned the connector he has hardwired into his stereo won't work with the new iPod Classic. Does anyone have any experience with this and know if a connector from an old iPod will work with the new ones? He said he tried his aunt's Nano and it didn't work, but, I wasn't there.
