Please help with wireless headset

I have a Ipod Nano 8gb its the new one with the speakers and video...I also bought the Motorola Wireless Headset and the Motorola D650 adapter..I cannot get it to work...I can control everything but the sound keeps coming out of the speakers instead of the headset...Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks

You've already paired the headset and the adapter? Since you mentioned you can already use the controls on the headset, but the sound just isn't transferring?

You might just need to pair your headset with the adapter properly. I don't know how to do it with those models but typically you hold the power button on each device until the light flashes blue and red. This is the "pairing mode" and the devices should find each other. Be sure to read the instructions on your headset and the adapter.
