Ok, I bought some shure SE530's, all my music is purchased form iTunes at 128kbps I recently found out this sucked. So now I have to go out and re-purchase all my music in cd's. I want to rip them in the best quality possible for my music to sound good with my shures. There's a lot of options as far as ripping goes is Apple Lossless the best way to go?

In my opinion and from what I've heard, you will only be wasting space if you rip into lossless. I would go 256 bit rate, I've heard 192 is around the sweet spot for what ipods can produce but if size is not an issue I would say 256 or 320. Don't bother with lossless.
