Triple flange compatibility

Hi, I've been looking at the shure e2c for a friend of mine. And she really like the triple flanges. But I'm not sure whether or not they will be compatible with the e2s. I've looked at a few websites selling the flanges and it doesn't say about being able to fit the e2s. If they don't fit, are there similar triple or maybe even double flanges that will fit the e2s? I have a fairly tight budged right now, so it would be better to keep it under 120.

Thanks in advance!
