I visited Apple Store US website and their Apple iPod USB Power Adapter sells for $29. However, it doesn't specify whether it can be used at 220V or it is strictly for 110V. Would someone shed a light on this issue? Thanks.

Yes, it will work at 220V. The input range is 100-240VAC. I used mine in Denmark (220V.)
You may need a different plug adapter in addition to the power adapter depending on what country you plan to use it in. You can buy a generic adapter at Target or Radio Shack, etc. The ones from Apple look nice, but are a little pricey. |
