I have a 30GB ipod video and was planning on getting a ministry of sound head unit with a USB socket so i could play the songs from my ipod but it seems that a lot of people complain that you lose control of your ipod and it is very hard to navigate, so my question is, is this with all USB head units or just some? Which ones do allow you to use the ipod?

A head's USB port is typically intended to be used with a memory stick. Even if it works natively with the iPod (no hacks required), ye read right, lots of us don't like it BECAUSE HEAD CONTROL (interface) tend to sux.
