I've been having a lot of luck with 90.1 in various cities lately. Not sure why, but I do think that if you get a cigarette lighter type transmitter you get a better signal to the radio. Not to mention power for the iPod!!
![]() just noticed this thread is almost a year old..... LOL Oh well |

first, put your fm transmitter on and set it to a frequency that you think is available, the radio should pick up the signal

Darn - both of those site for the UK frequencies are gone. Does anyone have any others?
My old car adapter broke - and I bought a new Belkin Tunecast...but, if i can't find a station here that doesn't have a ton of static. Any suggestions would be the best present ever! Thanks. |

You have just found out that you need to go cross country, and you most definitely aren’t flying there. This means that you will need to be taking a very long drive, which if you plan it just right, could become your vacation from work. The only things that you will need to make this an enjoyable trip will be your iPod, and your car stereo iPod FM transmitter. With one of these, you will find that you have no need of taking along your iPod car kit with you. Everything that you need will be in this one little gadget.
