Wanted to say thanks to the OP as I found a better station than I had before. Less static and distortion is a good thing

Does anybody have anything for Canada. I've got what I think is a clean station but I'm still picking up some intereference. It may simply be from the unit itself because when I pick it up and move it around, the interference levels change. It's not bad right now but certainly noticeable in low sound portions of songs and when songs change.
Can't remove the antenna as mine is the in back glass...Honda Accord. I thought you may be able to use copper wire or something but I was looking for some help. Cheers! P.S. I've got the iTrip that plugs into the entire unit. |

what you pick up is the interference of the car unit - iTrip is not the best performer - I tried it on the same frequency in different cars with different performance
I noticed the weak sound level and you may need to disable the sound level control on your iPod to (slightly) improve the output

You first have to find an available frequency (i.e. one that is not used by any radio station in you neighbourhood). Then you have to set the iTrip to this frequency. Check also the iTrip support pages at http://www.griffintechnology.com/sup...auto/index.php

Anything for use in the UK?
I've relegated my iTrip to the rubbish dump - I got so frustrated with the poor sound quality - and now I'm back to burning playlists to CD ![]() Please help... |

like I said before - iTrip is not the best performer - and what you pick up is the interference of the car unit, you may have to try another product

Are you sure? It comes up with Frequency Finder UK & Ireland for me. The following PDF has a full listing of FM broadcast frequencies for the UK:

allright, looks like you may need to switch the iTrip to International Mode to get below the 87.6
