Hey, I just got some great KOSS 'phones and I wanted to straighten out the dual-wired line...
Any techniques? Thx!

Wind it nicely and tightly around something round like a spool and maybe use a rubber band to hold it in place. After a few days, it will straighten out.
I wind mine around a earpod.

Well according to my friend he staightened his iPod 'buds wire using a iron on min temp. However, I suggest you keep your unmelted wire for just now. The wires staighten out over use.

AH, my lack of patience makes my run my fingers hard around the wires, forcing them straight, but ends up "curling" the wires and displacing the relative location of the wire inside the rubber!!! AAAAAAAHHHHH!!
I will try an iron on min temp on my cheaper Sony headphones... good idea.

A wire saw is a machine using a metal wire or cable for cutting. There are two types of wire saw machines: continuous (or endless or loop) and oscillating (or reciprocating). Sometimes the wire itself is referred to as a "blade".

Ironing wires will be a a little too much I guess. Never tried but what if it really melts?! Iron gone, and headphones also gone! Just keep the wires straight and plane under the mattress of your bed. Over night, it will straighten out!
