What hotel was it? You're pretty lucky that the hotel took responsibility, most hotels have a disclaimer telling you to hide your valuables because they are not responsible if it gets stolen or whatever. Unless of course, the hotel KNEW that a maid stole it.
And I don't get your Siggy, there is no way that 130 songs is 7.8 hours, my 1GB Nano has 219 songs and its only like 8 hours...
