Like who? You must mean the commercial stuff. So along those lines of thinking, rock these days is complete garbage as well. Because I'm only looking at the commercial stuff. Going underground will result in more quality music, as I'm sure it is the same thing with rock. For those in the know, know that rap and hip-hop are two different things.
I voted for hip-hop as it has more innovation, with richer and deeper influence than rock or any other genre for that fact.
