I have a 4gb iPod Nano. The problem is, the iPod is only "accessible" for that short amount of time after I've plugged it in while iTunes is updating everything on it. After that, when I attempt to right click on "So-and-so's iPod" in the left frame of iTunes, and change any settings, I will finish doing so, and it will then pop up about 10 seconds later with the error,

The same thing happens when I use PodUtil. I have to open PodUtil up, wait for the, "No iPod connected" error, then unplug the iPod, then plug it back in, then hurry and hit re-scan. Then it picks it up. But then after 2 minutes of inactivity, it shows up in PodUtil,

It seems like immediately after iTunes has finished updating, the iPod, even though it's still connected, somehow no longer communicates with the computer.
Anybody got this problem?
