If you listen to DJ mixed music, this is especially unnerving, because the otherwise continuous stream of music stops for a moment when it switches songs. It's gotten to a point for me where I rip my DJ mixes as a whole single song to avoid this. Or piece them back together with QTPro before I convert to MP3.
