Yeah dude, people sell broken stuff on Ebay all the time and there are people out there who are smart enough to fix an Ipod, especially ones with cosmetic defects (not internal problems). You could have made at least a *little* bit of money.

And, FYI, the plastic surface of the Ipod is acrylic, so of course paint thinner ate it away. Shame! Sorry to sound rude, I know I do, but jeez...

Since your Dad told you it wouldn't hurt it, he should certainly buy you a new one. Duh on him!

I'm surprised you didn't try Goo Gone or another sticky-mess-removing fluid. I'm also amazed you put sticky stuff on it to begin with. Why not just put duct tape on there???

You need one more person to tell you to do something idiotic to your Ipod and we'll have the Three Stooges of Ipod-dom.
