what do you mean 'iphoto 4.7'? there is no version like that. recent version is iphoto 4.0.3. you mean 'itunes 4.7?' itunes is free as you know. also iphoto is free but if you want to update to 4.0.3, you have to buy iLife package. ($49.00). Jaguar is not free. why do you need Jaguar? you need to upgrade for Panther because Jaguar has a lot problem, slow. unfortunately, there is no way to get free MAC OS X. but if your friends have CDs, why don't you borrow them to install?
