A month ago my BF ordered an ipod from Apple. He got antsy and decided to order one from Ebay because he wanted one really bad, and we had a good experience with my ipod (he bought it off of ebay as well)...
When he tried to go in an cancel his order from Apple, he got an email saying his order has shipped. So now he has 2 ipods.
The one that he got from apple was never opened, and he has an auction for it on Ebay.
