Alright, I thought I had fixed it by reinstalling my firewire port and keeping the iPod unplugged. The software installed and showed up in the programs menu, but when I ran it with the iPod plugged in and saying "do not disconnect" I got an error message saying "can't open iPod" GRRRRRR..... Any suggestions (please don't tell me I have to install MMJB again!)
