Another option would be to purchase the clip mount for the PS3 eye and modify it for the Apple TV. It would clip directly to the top of your HDTV. That is about it and you will really only have three options: mount it on the outside of the wall with some type of shelf, cut a hole in the wall and slide it back in there, or directly attach it to the TV.
