Cannot get video to convert or go to itunes

Hey I downloaded a bunch of anime and some movies with the progam that realplayer offers to allow you to rip directly off of sites like youtube. Well, they are all in realplayer format and i am trying to convert them for itunes. Any suggestions? I am pretty new to this.
