Title pretty much says it all, its a black & white screen iPod. When I turn it on, I get a folder icon with an exclamation mark saying go to apple[dot]com/support/ipod, and then it just flashes "Do not disconnect" forever. Connecting to computer does not help, does not show up in My Computer as a drive, iTunes doesn't recognize it.

BTW, the ipod clicks non-stop like its having trouble getting in or something. I can reset and then go into the diagnostics menu with the iPod but nothing else works.

Help appreciated.
