I had mine for 10 months now on my 1st gen touch. Installed it with no problems. Quite easy actually. I even got it aligned all perfectly. After several days, the bubbles went away & it looked absolutely gorgeous. As close to naked as you can get. Fingerprints, smudges, lints & dust gets on quite easy, but it's easy to clean it. If you're really picky, use a damp towel (preferably the one you use right after you shower) & wipe it clean.
But just 2 months ago, the corners started to get loose. One by one. It started getting dirty underneath the flaps. But I've heard this happens to all films overtime. Good thing Zagg's warranty is lifetime. I'm getting my replacement soon. It's just $4 to cover shipping cost. I'll then have to send in the old one.
If you can afford it, get it. For $25, it's a bit much. I got it half off. You can also try Best Skin Ever ($8) or Bodyguardz ($25 for 2 pack). Both pretty much the same thing. Although I do think Bodyguardz doesn't have the orange peel texture that the other 2 does.
