Don't export ... copy what you see in iTunes and paste directly into Excel. You can copy and paste a playlist, your entire library, or your iPod's contents (if you manually manage it). If you don't want certain columns in Excel, then either remove them from view in your playlist or delete them after pasting to Excel.
