I GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED FROM REDCHAIR!!!!!
How did I do it? I submitted a complaint at the Better Business Bureau's website. I explained how RedChair had ignored, not only my emails, but also the email from PayPal (who was not much help, I'm sorry to say.) Within a business day of submitting the BBB complaint, PayPal informed me that RedChair had refunded my purchase price and they were crediting it to my account.
Go then and do likewise!
