I have the same problem that Szz describes and was just wondering did anyone ever come to some sort of conclusion on this issue? My Ipod has been down for a few weeks now and it is finally starting to get to me. I spent #@$% near 500 bucks on a paperweight. The nearest Ipod store to me is like half the state away. I got it from Best Buy, which is also far away :/ That warranty is starting to look mighty fine right about now. If anyone has any more info let me know please, thanks.
