I too received a refund on my purchase. I agree that it is a good movie but my mood to watch it is gone. At least Apple refunded our purchases, they don't normally do that. I am sure there is something wrong with the way the video was encoded. They might not have followed their own BaseLine 1.3 standards. I just think it is weird that neither my iPod, iTunes, nor QuickTime will play this video. It is very disappointing that Apple would let such a great movie get this type of release.

I probably won't try to download it in two weeks as my desire to watch this movie has gone away. I would much rather have the actual DVD of this movie anyways.
